Our Position on Copyright

QUENQQ respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

Important: QUENQQ does not host, store, or serve any game software, game assets, audio, or visual content on our servers. All game content displayed on this site is embedded via <iframe> from third-party servers. We are a website operator, not a content host.

About the Game Content

The game engine displayed on our platform is an implementation of the reVC project — a community-developed, open-source reverse-engineered recreation of the GTA Vice City game engine under the terms of its respective open-source license. The game is served from third-party infrastructure that we do not own or operate.

We do not distribute, reproduce, or host any proprietary Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive software, assets, music, or game data. If you believe any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please follow the process below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a copyright infringement notice, provide the following information in writing via our Contact page:

  • Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone number, email)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The specific URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing content appears
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 3 business days
  • Investigate and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim is valid
  • Notify the affected party and provide them an opportunity to file a counter-notice

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include your name, address, phone number, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake, your consent to local federal district court jurisdiction, and your signature.

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
